Added New Features

Ok gang, I added a feature now where if you would like to thank a person for their topic or post you can click the "Thank" button that is now shown on their post, also if you would like to vote either positive or negative towards someones reputation on a topic or post you can click the + or - button to the right hand side of the post to vote for it. A users reputation will be shown under their name on the left hand side of their posts
