Also, once registered, to see the correct date and time for topic posts you will need to..

Click Profile at the top, then click the Preferences tab at the top, set your time to GMT - 4 Hours

This will reflect accurate time and date with the topic posts, you will also find some other cool features of the forum you can enable/disable there as well
